Wintery feeling
The warm days of golden autumn are long gone. It has been rainy and grey-ish all week, but this morning - a total surprise. It's snowing!!! Like in fairy tales :)
I really don't like winter, but the snow (which, by the way is not something usual in west Germany) made me jump out of the bed with such joy!

So, let it snow, let it snow!

The perfect afternoon
After riding the bike through the sun and golden leaves there's nothing better than a coffee and a warm waffle. I absolutely love Germany - when it's not raining!

There's no place like Berlin
Berlin got stuck into my heart. It is such an amazing city! Big, messy, colorful, loud - just as I like it!
I moved to Germany 2 years ago and I got quite fast used to the German way, the weather, the people. And I like it! But Berlin!!! Berlin took me completely by surprise. It's so unbelievably big and diverse, I can't imagine someone will ever get board there.
I felt there's a place for everyone in Berlin. No matter where you come from, what you like or want to do. The city is so welcoming and offers everyone a way of expression.
I just hope to be back there soon. Really soon.
P.S. here you can find a very good guide of Berlin put together by one of my favorite bloggers Sandra Juto. I tried 2 of her suggestions - super happy. Sandra also post the most amazing pictures of Berlin. Be sure to follow her also on Instagram

Rush
I managed to get some things done: the postcards - usually the most fun part but the most messy one, cleaning, landlords visits, baking a cake (mix of Sachertorte and Death by chocolate - results?! for sure it looks yummy) and of course the not so fun part of cleaning again the kitchen after baking a chocolate cake. For sure I need to better plan my work flow :/
As I'm in Germany and every Holiday is holy all shops were close today. So I will have to leave the eggs colouring for tomorrow morning as I had no paint. Maybe that's good otherwise I wouldn't have time to write this post...Oh was that positive thinking? OMG I'm making progresses

Fun trip
![]() |
I'm super excited about tomorrow. I am going to visit CREATIVA fair in Dortmund - Europe's largest exhibition devoted to creative design, with more than 500 participants. I was there also last year but during the weekend and it was very crowded and tiring. I hope this time I can participate to some workshops and for sure I will find lots of little pretty things. Hihihi...
